These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kelly Marie LC's services and website. By accessing this website or booking our services, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Booking and Payment

When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been paid and confirmation has been sent by us.

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking date.
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your appointment date.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods specified at the time of booking.
• Prices are subject to change, but not after your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation by Client:
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before your appointment: deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 3 months.
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before your appointment: 50% of the total fee is payable.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your appointment: 100% of the total fee is payable.
  • No-shows: 100% of the total fee is payable and future bookings may require full payment in advance.
• Rescheduling:
  • Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days before your appointment: no additional fee.
  • Rescheduling requests made 7-14 days before your appointment: 25% rescheduling fee.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before your appointment: 50% rescheduling fee.
• Cancellation by Kelly Marie LC:
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer a full refund or reschedule to a mutually convenient time.
  • If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, extreme weather, etc.), we will reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Service Delivery

We strive to provide the highest quality services. By booking with us, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
• Inform us of any relevant health conditions or allergies before your appointment.
• Follow all instructions given by our staff for your safety and comfort.
• Treat our staff with respect and courtesy at all times.

Liability

Kelly Marie LC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or any service interruptions.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our business activities. However, clients are advised to take care of their personal belongings as we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Kelly Marie LC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

We may use photographs taken during service delivery for promotional purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
